The Cash Caddy containers are only sold in cases.   There are 10 Cash Caddy containers per Case.

 

Can I customize the entire front of the Cash Caddy?

Yes.  The entire front of the Cash Caddy can be customized.  The proper artwork file will need to be provided.

 

What kind of format can you accept custom artwork in?

Artwork needs to be high resolution.  Please send in artwork which was developed with Illustrator or Vector.  We CAN NOT accept any PDF, TIF files.  Please call or email if you have further questions on artwork formats.

 

How long will a Cash Caddy last in my drive-up lane?

The typical Cash Caddy last between 4-6 weeks.  A Cash Caddy may last longer depending on overall usage (transactions) and the speed of your drive-thru system.

 

How does my financial institute handle a customer that still wants a drive-up envelope?

Almost all customers adapt to using the Cash Caddy quickly but if your Financial Institution finds a few customers still like to receive an envelope then a small supply can be retained at that branch.

 

Will my customer take the Cash Caddy on occasion?

On very rare occasions your customers might accidentally take a Cash Caddy.  These customers typically return the Cash Caddy once they realize they have driven off with it.
